Which apps this page covers

This page applies to the appointment-booking apps built on the ap.ments booking platform and published by its developer, Jordan Ivanov. Each business we work with gets its own edition of the app, published under that business’s own name and branding. The editions differ only in name and appearance; the steps below are identical in all of them.

Delete your account from inside the app

This is the fastest route, and it deletes your account straight away, with no request and no waiting.

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab (Профил), the last one in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of that screen and tap Delete account (Избриши профил).
  4. Tap Delete my account (Избриши го мојот профил), then confirm with Yes, delete (Да, избриши).
  5. Your account and its data are deleted immediately and you are signed out. The deletion is permanent. The account cannot be restored afterwards.

The app is available in English and Macedonian, so the buttons carry whichever of the two labels matches the language you chose.

If you cannot use the in-app option

Email ap.ments@gmail.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. Use this route if you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or hold a staff account (employee and owner accounts do not show the in-app button). We verify the request against the address on the account and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account record: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, and your password hash.
  • Your profile photo, removed from our image storage.
  • Your avatar colour, language preference, and email-verification status.
  • Your push notification token, so the app can no longer send notices to your device.
  • Your appointments, past and upcoming, together with the notifications generated from them.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is kept for our own use. Deletion removes the records above from the live service at once, and copies may persist in routine encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before those backups are rotated out and overwritten. We do not restore deleted accounts from those backups.

The app handles no payments and keeps no invoices, so there are no financial or tax records to retain.
